This website is operated by Impressions to Keep. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Impressions to Keep. Impressions to Keep offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Terms and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. If you have already placed an order the original price will be honoured for a period of 3 months.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. Each item is handmade and minor differences from piece to piece is to be expected. The images on the web site should be used as a guide and not held as an exact replica of any order made.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Impressions to Keep cannot be held liable for any errors made by you with regard to personalisation. In the event of you providing inaccurate information and work having commenced on your item, it may not be possible to rework your item and you will be liable for the additional full cost of a remake.
PRODUCT QUALITY AND LIFETIME
Spoons: All the spoons are vintage and will bear small marks and signs of wear. Impressions to Keep cannot guarantee the lifetime of the spoons silver plate. The lettering is blackened prior to dispatch and this will fade with time. Impressions to Keep cannot predict or confirm how long the lettering will remain blackened.
Before confirming an order the customer must acknowledge that the spoons are not machine engraved and that spacing and alignment of wording will not be precise. Wording will also be best arranged to the spoon.
Fingerprint, Handprint, Signature, Paw print Jewellery: Jewellery is made with fine silver which is a soft metal. If other jewellery is worn at the same time, the prints worn facing towards the skin, or continually rubbed or touched the metal will wear and the prints will fade. This is as per any soft precious metal and Impressions to Keep cannot be held responsible for routne wear. Customers should note keyring fobs are particularly prone to wear due to the continual contact with other items on a key ring.
TERMINATION OF AN ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to work commencing on your order. If work has commenced you may be liable for either the full or partial cost of the product you ordered.
The estimated date of delivery will be as set out in the order but the Seller will not have any liability for a failure beyond its reasonable control to deliver by the estimated date of delivery.
Impressions to Keep reserves the right to use feedback, communication and photographs of customer orders for use in promotional material, on Face Book and the web site.
Impressions to Keep will replace or refund any item found to be faulty or inaccurate.
THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO
Pay for the goods upon confirmation of the order.
Provide accurate order details including personalisation details and delivery address and deadlines.
You must check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform the Seller within 7 days of delivery. If you do not inform the Seller within 7 days the Seller shall have no liability for damaged or faulty goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The Customer acknowledges that due to the purity of fine silver, .999 jewellery is softer than .925 silver and therefore needs to be handled with special care. If worn every day the item may show signs of wear and tear and the detail may fade. This is more prevalent with charm bracelets and keyrings which are more prone to being knocked against hard surfaces.
The customer acknowledges that items worn on a bracelet or a key ring style are liable to ‘catch’ and work loose from the fittings and easily lost. Impressions to Keep is not liable for the repair or replacement should this happen.
The customer acknowledges that each item is handmade and will be slightly different to that in a promotional photo. Handles and sizes of spoons will vary, lettering will differ and there will be subtle signs of wear on spoons due to them being vintage. Spacing and alignment of lettering will not be precisely centred or aligned.
The customer acknowledges that silver will tarnish with normal storage and wear and that if exposed to chemicals, sea water, chlorinated water, perfumes, creams etc this process can cause discolouration to the silver. Impressions to Keep is not liable for this tarnish or discolouration. A polish cloth should remove most tarnish.
